I began an extensive search for a golf cart and it included looking for a clean cart that was priced competitively. I dealt with dozens of companies, tried private party and everyone was hard to communicate with, rude or just wanting to make a quick dollar. I talked to Rafael who answered all my questions and was very personable. I’ve learned it’s hard to find someone genuine. Rafael offered me an excellent deal, but picking up from 4 hours away is difficult with young children. Rafael then proceeds to drive 1.5 hours closer to meet me to cut time down on this trip. Once we arrived, he pulled out goody bags for my kids that included shirts and crosses and other knicknacks.. we were blown away at his kind gesture, but wait.. Rafael had his tech install a 48v to 12v inverter so I can install my audio accessories. I’ve honestly never been treated like this by anyone that’s sold me something. Folks when you buy a product, you aren’t just buying the product, you are buying a product and you hope the person selling it to you will stand behind it. If Rafael hit these high marks during a sell, I can only imagine how customer service is after you purchase. My family and I are honestly blown away from our experience and despite being four hours away.. I will never buy a golf cart from anybody else. Thank you for taking care of us.. We will be back and I would love to come visit the show room at Happy Trails!

Cannot say enough good things about working with Raphael and Happy Trails Carts to purchase our golf cart! In fact we were so happy we got a second golf cart for the in laws! : ) he was easy to work with and very knowledgeable on golf carts and was open and honest and very much appreciated that as a customer. The golf cart we purchased is AMAZING and couldn’t be happier!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was recently in the market for a new golf cart and shopped around at several different stores. During my research, one of the things repeated over and over was that you need to be dealing with a reputable dealer. I visited several different dealers, and Rafael and Happy Trails Custom Carts were head and shoulders above everyone else. His customer service is just on another level. It is truly rare to find someone so committed to the customer experience. Another concern repeated in research was the availability of parts. Another win for HTCC, Rafael showed me an entire room filled with parts. He stated that his goal for a repair is to return the cart in 24-48 hours. He doesn't want anyone waiting on parts. Again, a commitment to customer service. Finally, I was able to get a price that was more than acceptable. One other thing that I found out about Rafael when speaking with him, he has a truly amazing story about achieving the American Dream through hard work.

We cannot say enough about what a positive experience we had at Happy Trails Custom Carts! Rafael and his staff (who were highly recommended to us) are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We were novices and needed “ground up” information. They walked us through it all, and we made a purchase that day. We absolutely LOVE our new golf cart. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Rafael and Happy Trails Custom Carts delivered a fantastic experience. My cart was upgraded to a lithium battery system, and the pickup and delivery service made the entire process hassle-free. Rafael kept me informed every step of the way, and the turnaround was impressively fast. Great service, great communication, and great results. Definitely recommend!

Awesome experience working with the Happy Trails golf cart team. Rafael came highly recommended by my friends in the neighborhood and rightfully lived up to the hype. They put a great deal together for me and even hauled off my broken down cart all within a few hours the day before Thanksgiving. Great customer service, beautiful carts, super friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I will definitely return to Rafael for any future purchases.

I had an amazing experience with Happy Trails Custom Carts. They were completely honest throughout the entire process, their pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They took my father’s golf cart which had definitely seen better days and brought it back to life. It runs and looks better than it has in years.

I can't say enough good things about how I was treated by the team at Happy Trails Custom Carts. Rafael went above and beyond my expectations. I upgraded to a lithium battery (highly recommend). My golf cart is faster and doesn't slow down on the hills in my neighborhood anymore. Rafael was honest, fast, and communication was amazing. From the first moment we met Rafael we knew we were in the right place. Excellent knowledge of the product and a seamless process from start to Finish. His store has a very good selection of carts at very competitive prices. A very refreshing experience as compared to other dealers we visited in the area. Best experience and dealer by far. We shopped for months and kept getting the run around from others. Rafael was referred by a few of our friends and family. He was honest and more than helpful throughout the entire process. We added a light kit and the detail they put into running the wires is 10/10. We had our wild two young boys with us and he made sure they were having fun during the process as well. The whole experience exceeded our expectations by miles. You will not find a better price or dealer. He delivered our cart same day and it showed up buffed and very clean. You can take my word for it or go see for yourself. I suggest you go see for yourself. 10/10 stars if that was an option!
